Are the dresses stitched or unstitched?

We offer both stitched and unstitched options. Many of our dresses come with free custom stitching — you simply provide your measurements at checkout and our expert tailors stitch your outfit to your exact size. Unstitched fabric suits are also available if you prefer to have them stitched locally.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add your chosen dress to the cart, select your size or provide your measurements if stitching is required, and complete checkout. We accept all major payment methods. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details and tracking information once dispatched.

Can I order a specific colour or customise a dress?

Our dresses are sold as shown. We do not offer colour changes or design modifications as each piece is crafted by the original designer. However, if you need a specific size or stitching adjustments, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.

Do you sell genuine designer Pakistani clothes?

Yes. We offer authentic Pakistani designer wear, sourced from designers and authorised suppliers. We focus exclusively on genuine, original designer garments — we do not sell replicas or imitations.

Sizing & Stitching

How does free custom stitching work?

For eligible dresses, simply provide four measurements at checkout: chest, waist, hips, and shirt length. Our tailors in Pakistan stitch the outfit to your measurements before dispatching. There is no extra charge — stitching is included in the price.

What measurements do I need to provide for stitching?

You'll need four measurements: (1) Chest — measured around the fullest part of your bust; (2) Waist — measured around your natural waistline; (3) Hips — measured around the fullest part of your hips; (4) Shirt Length — measured from the top of your shoulder to where you want the shirt to end. All measurements should be in inches.

What if the dress doesn't fit?

If your stitched outfit doesn't fit because of a stitching or measurement error on our part, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — and we'll arrange a replacement or alteration. If the measurements you provided were inaccurate, we can advise on local alterations, though this would not qualify as a fault. Unstitched items can be returned within 14 days under our standard return policy.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes. Because we offer custom stitching, we can accommodate any size. Simply provide your measurements at checkout and your outfit will be tailored to fit you perfectly, regardless of size.

How long does delivery take to the UK?

Standard delivery to the UK takes 7–29 business days from order confirmation. This includes 0–7 business days handling time (for stitching if applicable) and 7–22 business days for international shipping. Express options may be available — contact us on WhatsApp for urgent orders.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide to 50+ countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and across Europe. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–29 business days. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Shipping is completely free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no shipping charges added at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

As our garments are crafted and dispatched from Pakistan, orders may occasionally be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations, particularly on higher-value orders. Any such charges are set by your local customs authority, are the buyer's responsibility, and are not included in our prices. Most orders are delivered without any additional charges.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel through the courier's website. You can also contact us on WhatsApp with your order number for a status update.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may return unstitched items within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind — items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Stitched and made-to-order items are produced to your specification and cannot be returned for change of mind, but you are fully covered if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

How do I return an item?

Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Can I exchange a dress for a different size?

We do not offer size exchanges. If you have ordered an unstitched item and need a different size, you can return it within 14 days under our return policy and place a new order. Stitched and made-to-order items are tailored to your specification, so please choose your size carefully or select the Custom Size option at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. The payment options available to you are shown at checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your card details. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar when checking out.
