As stitching is performed specifically on customer request, we encourage customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Stitching Guidelines
- Shirts are styled and stitched to closely resemble the displayed product images
- Sleeves are always attached; we do not stitch sleeveless shirts
- Pants are stitched according to the reference images shown
- Dupattas are finished with elegant silk edging or as depicted in the product images
- Full-coverage lining is applied to ensure modest coverage of the stomach, shoulders, and back
- Embellishments are applied in line with the design shown; however, minor variations may occur due to market availability of accessories
These variations are a normal part of designer production and are not considered defects.
Sleeve & Lining Options
- Upon request, chiffon or net sleeve linings can be:
- Attached inside the shirt, or
- Provided separately
Requests must be clearly mentioned at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp before stitching begins.
Customisation Options
- Custom sizing and minor styling adjustments are available at checkout or by contacting us on WhatsApp
- Customisation is limited to sizing and approved styling adjustments only
- Colour changes are not offered
Any customisation requested by the customer will be executed according to the details provided.
Important Customisation Notice
- Customised, stitched, and made-to-order outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind or sizing preference, as they are produced to your specification.
- This does not affect your right to a remedy if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect — please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
- Any design changes requested by the customer are carried out at the customer's responsibility.
- Incorrect or unclear measurements provided by the customer do not qualify for refunds or remakes.
Once stitching has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, in line with our Returns & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Designer Craftsmanship Disclaimer
- All stitched outfits are sourced from authentic Pakistani designers
- Minor differences in:
- Stitching finish
- Embellishment placement
- Fabric texture
- Design proportions
may occur due to artisan techniques and designer discretion. These are not considered faults.
Quality Assurance
Each stitched outfit undergoes a quality check before dispatch. However, customers are advised that handmade designer wear may have slight natural variations, which add to its uniqueness and authenticity.
