We offer free shipping on every order — to all countries we serve, with no minimum spend required.
Order Handling
Orders are prepared within 0–7 business days of order confirmation. This window includes free custom stitching where applicable; ready-to-dispatch items are sent sooner. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated total delivery is 7–29 business days from order confirmation:
- Handling and processing: 0–7 business days
- International transit: 7–22 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by customs clearance or courier operations are outside our control, and we will help you track and resolve them. Estimated timeframes do not affect your statutory cancellation or refund rights — please see our Returns & Refund Policy.

We ship worldwide to 50+ countries, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, the UAE and across Europe.
Shipping Partners
We ship using trusted courier partners including DHL, DPD, SkyNet and UPS. Every order is dispatched with tracking.
Customs and Import Duties
As our garments are crafted and dispatched from Pakistan, orders may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, particularly on higher-value orders. Any such charges are determined by your local customs authority, are the customer's responsibility, and are not included in your order total. Most orders are delivered without any additional charges.
