Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 14–29 business days from the date of order. This includes 12–15 business days for processing, stitching, and quality checks, followed by courier transit to your location.

Shipping Partners

We ship via DHL, DPD, SkyNet, and UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Peak Season Notice

During peak periods such as Eid and wedding season, order volumes increase significantly. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

If you have a specific event date, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and our team will advise based on the current production schedule.

Missing or Incorrect Items

• In the rare event of a missing or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographs of the issue should be provided. An unboxing video, if available, helps us verify and process your claim faster, but it is not mandatory.
• Claims are handled in line with our Returns & Refund Policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
